Parish council meetings:
The next Parish Council meeting is scheduled for Thursday 9th May 2024 7.30pm to follow the Annual Parish Meeting at 7pm. The Agenda will be avaiable HERE nearer the time
Church services
All Saints, Hawstead
Services take place as follows:
- Second Sunday of each month (morning prayer at 11am)
- Fourth Sunday of each month (Eucharist at 11am)
St Peter, Nowton
Services take place as follows:
- First and third Sunday of each month at 11am

All walks have a sketch map to show the route but you are advised to consult Ordnance Survey map Explorer 211 (Bury St Edmunds) for any clarifications or uncertainties you may have.

This walk takes you past Denston Hall over to Stradishall before crossing the A143 twice and then curving back to Denston

This circular walk starts and finishes at the Queen's Head in Hawkedon. So depending on the day and time of your walk you may be able to refresh yourself with a drink at the pub afterwards.
